A Reminder from the Webmasters - Pls add State in subject and follow posting format.

Please remember to always add the two letter designation in your subject line when you post a new letterbox to the list.

It helps everyone cope with the increased number of emails generated by all the new boxers on the list.
It also helps the webmasters select the states they are assigned and need to update.

Please use the following recommended format in your emails for posting the basic letterbox information. Whither you include all the clues in the email and we make your page or you are just sending a link for us, we still need all the basic info to update the site and to save us time in looking up things like nearest city and county.

Letterbox Name (if a series or multiple boxes in one park, the number of boxes, it is easier for us to link a series to one page)
Location planted (park or trail name, nearest city, county, state) (If a mystery, give us what you want us to know)
Date planted and by whom. (If we built your page PLEASE use the page title.)  (If it is your first box and we are going to build the page, PLEASE tell us what you want as the title (ie your alais).

Clue text or link ........

Thank you. This will make the WMs job soooooooooo   much easier.
